IAS Awards 2021

The Industrial Agents Society Awards celebrate the success and achievements of the industrial property sector. Now in their 34th year, the IAS Awards remain widely recognised as the industry’s premier networking event, attended by leading agents, occupiers, developers and funders of industrial & logistics real estate.

The awards is on Thursday 23rd September 2021 at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London W1K 6JP. Drinks reception is at 12pm and the dress code is business suit.

The government relaxed social distancing measures last July but the society still wishes to do everything possible to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone attending.

If you are displaying any of the main symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend. These are: -

A high temperature - A new continuous cough - A loss or change to your sense of smell - A loss or change to your sense of taste

All attendees will need to provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination with both doses received at least 14 days prior to the start of the awards or proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test carried out within 48 hours of the start of the awards (the event starts at 12pm on Thursday 23rd September)

Proof of full vaccination should be supplied via your NHS Covid pass on the NHS app, or an NHS vaccination letter. The NHS app is easy to download and is different to the NHS Covid-19 app. You will need your NHS number for this app which you can find by Googling “Find your NHS number”.

Attendees displaying a negative Lateral Flow result should do so on the NHS app, or via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace.

There will be staff checking your Covid-19 status on entry to the Westminster Suite inside the hotel. If you are using your phone, please ensure it has sufficient battery. Attendees not providing any of the above will be asked to carry out a Lateral Flow Test on site and a positive result will sadly result in being refused entry.

Failure to comply with any of the above will result in being refused entry.
