IAS Awards 2024

The Industrial Agents Society Awards celebrated the success and achievements of the Industrial property sector at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, Park Lane, London on Wednesday 25th September.

Now in their 37th year, the lAS Awards remain widely recognised as the industry’s premier networking event, attended by the country's leading agents, owners, occupiers, developers and funders of industrial & logistics real estate.

Many thanks to everyone who submitted entries this year. Well done to those that made the shortlist and many congratulations to the winners. Over 840 people attended this years awards which is a very similar number to last year. This is testament to the continued strength of our sector, the popularity and success of these awards and the desire to meet friends and colleagues. .

Many thanks also to all the sponsors for their generosity who, without them the event could not be staged. These Awards are one of the most important events in the IAS calendar and are staged to showcase the best of our sector, by providing examples of not only profitable deal making but also to demonstrate where solutions can be found in often challenging circumstances.

IAS Chairman, Daniel Harness, opened the occasion with a great welcome speech and this years presenter Steph McGovern kept the audience thoroughly entertained throughout proceedings. Thanks also go to this year’s judges - Petrina Austin of Tritax Big Box, James Watson of Panattoni, Tom Hughes of Canmoor, Richard Carter of Indurent and Matthew Wright of Maersk for their time and expertise. It is greatly appreciated.

The IAS Awards 2025 will take place on Wednesday 24th September in The Great Room at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, Park Lane. We look forward to seeing all again next year.
